At Erica OBrien Cake Design, we believe cake should indulge both the eye and the palate. We see no point in a cake that is visually appealing but tastes, well, icky. Our commitment to exceptional taste, quality ingredients, and real butter make a distinct difference in every cake we make, from a six-tier wedding cake to a single-tier birthday cake. Clients tell us our cake is the best they've ever tasted. Erica OBrien combines her lifelong love of baking with her design savvy in every cake she creates. Originally from Queens, NY, Erica relocated to Hamden, CT in 2011. She and her talented staff now create one-of-a-kind wedding cake designs that taste as decadent as they look for clients from New York to Massachusetts, and of course, Connecticut.
