Erica OBrien combines her lifelong love of baking with her design savvy in every cake she creates. Originally from Queens, NY, Erica relocated to Hamden, CT in 2011. She and her talented staff now create one-of-a-kind wedding cake designs that taste as decadent as they look for clients from New York to Massachusetts, and of course, Connecticut.
