Erica O'Brien cakes are created to reflect the individual tastes and preferences of the client. We use only the most coveted ingredients such as fresh cream, Callebaut chocolate, organic ingredients when available, and butter--lots and lots of butter--which makes our cakes distinctly delectible. We never use artificial flavorings or preservatives. Cake filling and flavor pairings range from the traditional, such as chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream, to the adventurous (think lavender flower cake with white chocolate chai ganache).

Wedding cake consultations are by appointment at our consultation studio located in Hamden, CT and are complimentary. We invite you to enjoy our cake flavors and fillings.
