Tier II: Intermediate Cake Design and DecoratingIntended for intermediate students, this course expands on the skills learned in Tier I. Students learn intermediate-level fondant, gumpaste, royal icing, and piping skills with a focus on tiered cakes. Students work exclusively on dummy cakes. Four three-hour sessions. Total of twelve hours of instruction. Limited to ten students.
